Found this while I was clearing off my desk for the 15 Minutes I decided to sit at my desk today. :sigh:

Beast:
Pain is a beast with razor claws
and poisoned teeth.

It rips and shreds at my belly within
no blood, no markings on my skin.

It rages and roars in quiet destruction
taking over my life, a grievous abduction.

i swallow small pills, I pray for relief
but the monster just laughs
